I’ve spent more than thirty years helping people feel more comfortable talking about relationships, intimacy, confidence, and connection.

It started with graduating with a degree in counseling psychology and starting my career. I made a discovery that I could make the most impact by meeting with groups. What started as home parties grew into a lifelong mission: creating safe, honest, and often joyfully entertaining conversations where people could ask real questions, feel seen, and learn without judgment.

Over that time I’ve helped women and couples understand how love, communication, desire, and resilience change as we move through different seasons of life. My heart has always been in education, but not the stiff, clinical kind. I believe learning about relationships should feel warm, human, practical, and just a little fun.

At the center of everything I do is one simple belief: people need a safe place to be real. When women feel heard, valued, and understood, confidence grows — and stronger relationships can follow.
